computer timeline

A computer is a programmable machine that receives input, stores and manipulates data, and provides output in a useful format.

Although mechanical examples of computers have existed through much of recorded human history, the first electronic computers were developed in the mid-20th century (1940–1945). These were the size of a large room, consuming as much power as several hundred modern personal computers (PCs).[1] Modern computers based on integrated circuits are millions to billions of times more capable than the early machines, and occupy a fraction of the space
computers have come a long way since british mathematician charles Babage invented his Difference engine, infact he made a seed for this computers with his invention .

this early machine would able to make complicated calculations snd print the results
.from this machine computer has made its way to modern super computer
here are the some of the days in computer history
1642              Blaise Pascal ,France ,makes an early adding machine.
1820              Charles xavier cdmor,France makes an Arithrometer which can perform arithematic
                      calculations.
1822              Charles Babbage designed his difference engine
1834              Charles Babbage designed the anayltical engine

1944              Harvard's Mark-1 first digital computer
1953              First IBM Electronic digital computer (IBM 701)
1956              First hard disk drive IBM
1963              ASCII introduced
1971             intel builds the Microprocessor
Wang 1200 world's first word processor
1972             Email intoducesd
1975             William H.Gates founded Microsoft
1976             First Apple computer
1977             Crag-1 first super computer
1980             first laptop
1982             Worldwide 200 computers connected to internet
1984             Apple macintosh launched
1989             100,000 hosts on intenet
1995              Amazon .com founded
1998              Google founded

Inception Review

Finally the most awaited movie of the year is released .An another masterpiece from the ace director Christopher Nolan(The Dark Knight ,Batman Begins,Memento).
Inception actually managed to top Nolan's last film,The Dark knight which is believed to be the best in his carrer on almost every level.
A big applause to Christopher Nolan, the visionary director behind "Batman Begins", "The Dark Knight", and "Memento", has brought his project of more than twenty years. Featuring a cast of some of the world's greatest stars,Leonardo Decaprio, Joseph Gdon-Levitt, Ellen Page, cillian murphy,Michael caine.

Definetly this is one of the best movie in this decade.Christopher Nolan made a onscreen visualisation of almost impossible things. It’s arguably the most anticipated film of this summer.

Inception takes place in a world where technology exists for people to invade in someone's mind when he/she is dreaming. Leonardo DiCaprio(Cobb)plays a thief who specializes in extracting information and ideas from the minds of his targets when they are  subconscious during the dream state.this makes a coveted player in this treacherous new world of corporate espionage, costs him to lose his everything he loved.

Cobb and his team is faced with a new challenge to go into the mind of an energy conglomerate heir and pull off the reverse. Planting an idea in the persons mind instead of stealing it.

As of the previous movies of Christopher Nolan's Memento,The prestige this is a bit of complicated
this is one of the most confusing and complex film i ever saw.

similar to memento you need to see atleast twice to understand fully. But no doubt that Inception is terrific! I would rate it above matrix in the complexity factor.Even though complexity in Inception is above Matrix, Nolan still managed to explain it in a terrific way.
Absoultely this is a techincal brilliance thunderous music, gripping story, mind blowing visuals, clever taking makes a inception to be best.

Converting a Fat 16 Partition to NFTS

Before learning how to convert, lets first have a clear idea on fat and nfts
FAT is a primary file system in the most of pcs.Fat stands for file allocation table.
FAT is used in dos or in few windows based pcs.it is of 2 types FAt16 and FAT32
FAT file systems are commonly found on floppy disks, flash memory cards, digital cameras, and many other portable devices because of their relative simplicity.
NTFS stands for NT file system ,it is s the standard file system of Windows NT, including its later versions Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.Ntfs supports compression of files, ntfs has recoverable file system .

CONVERTING A FAT16 INTO NFTS
select start-->run-->command(cmd)
or start-->programs -->accessories-->commnad prompt.
in the commnad prompt type a commnad
CONVERT [driveletter]: /FS:NTFS
ex: CONVERT D: /fs:ntfs
now the conversion is complete.
note: keep a backup of drive,in case you can restore if the data is corrupted or lost during conversion.
