Here are the some of the keyboard shortcuts someof them would might help u.
*Ctrl + O-->Open a local file

*Ctrl + W-->Close current tab or window

*Ctrl + P: Print page

*Ctrl + alt + del orCtrl + Shift +Esc-->opens task manager

*Ctrl + Z-->Undo

*Ctrl + A-->Select all

*Ctrl + F-->Find

*Ctrl + C or Ctrl + Insert-->Copy
